But sometimes things can go wrong... that's why all our products are backed by a 12-month manufacture warranty.

What to do...

 •  Always contact us first. Provide your order number and the product code. We can help clarify what the problem is.

 • Often we can solve the problem for you without you needing to send anything back. In many cases the product seems to have a problem, but it can be solved by restarting, installing properly, or fixing an accessory. In the case of more complicated products such as Car DVD Players or Security Camera Systems we will recommend that you get the product installed or inspected by a qualified technician to confirm that it is faulty rather than incorrectly installed.

 • You're covered by our 12 month guarantee.
So if the product doesn't work, we'll help you contact factory directly and obtain return authorization information. Then you can send it back to factory in China to get it fixed.

 

Warranty terms

Any factories that supply Wzgadgetshop with products have been evaluated by us and will have consistent high quality and adequate stock to supply small, medium, and large order quantities.

We check all orders carefully before dispatch to our customers.

All our products are covered by a 12-month warranty, for return and replacement.

Wzgadgetshop.com are always focused on improving our level of customer service, and have created this warranty terms & conditions for you. Any problem, please feel free to contact us.

1. We offer you 1 year warranty for all kinds of products which sell on our site, from the purchase date on our products. You will receive an invoice shipped with your package.

2. If you send back the goods to us, you have to pay the shipping cost.

3. If the goods really need to repair or exchange, we will pay the shipping cost to delivery to you. If the returned product is found NOT DEFECTIVE, we will return the original working part to you at your expense for the return shipping costs. DHL is our official courier, we can also offer the discounted shipping cost for you.

4. If you decide to send us goods to recheck, we must have all cables, hardware and instructions that came with it.

5. Before you buy any items, please ensure that you have verified compatibility with your system by visiting the manufacturer's web site. We will not take any responsibility and will not accept returns for items purchased that are not compatible with your system configuration.

6. Our website will make good repair or at our option by replacement within 24 hours after all relevant information has been given to the warranty number, arising from faulty design, material or purchased by you unless:
 • The mobile phones has not been properly operated & maintained in accordance with instructions issued by us;
 • The damage is due to use in conjunction with a non-our website offered product
 • The mobile phone has been repaired by anyone other than our company or our wholesale agent, this includes case change and the like.
 • The mobile phone has been subjected to excessive physical force, tampered with, application of incorrect electrical charge, electrostatic discharge (ESD), or if any warranty void sticker on the product has been removed.
 • The damage is due to food or liquid spills, immersion in liquid, excessive temperature or humidity.
 • The damage is due to normal wear and tear.
 
7. The defective goods, or payment of the cost of such repair or replacement. We assume no liability for breach of warranty other than described above. In no event shall we are liable for indirect or consequential loss or damages loss or use or loss of profits resulting from any defeat.

8. All defective items being returned must be packed as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.

9. If warranty seal or sticker is broken or has been tampered with the product will no longer have any warranty, and we will no longer be liable for the repair or replacement of your product.

10. We will only be held responsible for warranty mobile phones which are purchased directly from our website with an order number. If you have purchased from reseller who has purchased from us, then contact your reseller to solve problem.

Returns & Refunds

We guarantee this product purchased from us with a 12 month manufacture warranty against defects in quality. All our products are checked for quality before being shipped from our factory warehouse. In case of returning product, please send us an email with your name, order# and the problem you have with the product before initiating any complaints with Paypal. Please do not return anything without first contacting us to obtain authorization. Shipping charges are not refundable. The item must be returned with all the original packaging materials, manuals, accessories by a shipping method that is insured and has tracking back to the manufacture in China or other country that product's orginal manfuacutre. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit while retuning items to manufacture without tracking.

 

Detail Warranty and Return Term

All sales are final unless they are found to be damaged or defective. All items come with one Year Manufacturer Warranty unless advertised differently. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will replace the defective item for you. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Specific terms are:

 

• Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 7 days from delivered date.
• For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
• Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds or exchanges.
• All returned products found to be non-defective upon inspection will be subject to a restocking charge.
• Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured and shipped via traceable means.
• No returns will be accepted if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories for defective products
• This item's warranty becomes void:

 

1. If damaged is caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misuse, incorrect installation or operation, neglect, accident, physical, water and heat damage or similar cause.
2. Physical damage: It will include high impact collision, dropping to the ground, tamper with sharp object in any part of this item.
3. Water damage: This item is not water proof or resistance, submersing into the water or even taking a bath will damage this item.
4. Heat damage: Item is place near fire for long period of time will have the battery overheat problem, left the item in the car for long time when the temperature is hot. 
5. If the warranty seal is removed or damaged.

• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
• If buyer returns the item simply because he/she does not like the item when receive it or phone service provider does not support the phone, there will be 15% restocking fee.
• A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
• Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.

Important Notice:

In the case of refused shipment, or any return without prior authorization, the item in question will either be shipped back to the customer at their expense, or the item will be assessed a restocking fee at 50% of the total merchandise value. In this case, shipping will not be reimbursed.

All returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival. Should the product be received in unacceptable condition, i.e. showing obvious signs of use or misuse, or is not defective as claimed, the product will either be declared ineligible for return and be shipped back to the individual at owner's expense, or be subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the total merchandise value.
